Today's workout.... it's not just folding towels... let's turn your normal laundry chore into a workout!!!
14 towels... that's 14 trips from the laundry room to the bathroom... that sounds simple right?
Well...
To warm up.... do this!!
50 Squats
20 Pushups
20 Leg Lifts
30 Crunches
20 Russian Twist
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
Now... on to those towels... make 7 trips and do this each trip!!!!
5 Burpees
10 Pushups
5 Jump Squats
Half way there... Yes you are burning... I know me too.. guess what... if you were to drive to the gym.... you would JUST be getting there... and heck... you are already HALF way done!!

30 Leg Lifts
30 Crunches
22 Russian Twist
Back to the last 7 trips with the routine of
5 Burpees
10 Pushups
5 Jump Squats
BAM.... laundry is done.
Let's wrap it up with 2 mins of your FAVORITE song SCREAMING IN your ears while your do jumping jacks . .... and last..
As you die on the floor....hold a ONE minute PLANK. I always make a post or text a friend while I do this to pass the time!!!
